Candidates should have travel industry experience, preferably in the luxury segment, an interest in golf and an understanding of its language.About the opportunityManage a book of current key accounts Establish a new book of accounts from our target segment (travel agencies, host agencies, lifestyle management businesses and tour operators)Deliver educational seminars and webinars to clients with the Golf Traveller service and product portfolio offering (in person and online) Attend industry trade events company sales “roadshows” and represent the Golf Traveller brand Work closely with the Head of Dept. to help identify booking trends, in demand destinations. Report monthly progress reports to the Head of Dept. You will be the direct point of contact between the account and the business and carry out seminars and webinars educating advisors of the Golf Traveler services and portfolio of destinations. As a B2B Account Manager, you will be working directly with luxury travel advisors creating bespoke itineraries for their clients and establishing a full and thorough brief to ensure that we are meeting their every need and requirements before handing it to the product team for design. It will be your responsibility to understand the Golf Traveller services and destination portfolio so that you can offer the very best advice to our B2B clients. Ideal candidates will have work experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry in a similar or relevant role, with an interest in or understanding of golf as an added advantage. A creative and commercial mindset, excellent communication skills (both in person and digitally), and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are essential.
