Your Role
This role will oversee the tenancy administration within the portfolio, ensuring the highest level of service to both internal and external clients. You will ensure that rental collection is maximised across all client portfolios within the business, meeting SLAs and effectively dealing with statutory and contractual requirements.
More about you
You will play a key role in ensuring that the maximum amount of rental income is collected each month for our client properties. You will work closely with Property Managers and Administrators to maintain a high level of performance – both at a team and personal level. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Housing Benefits Department regarding the housing benefits programme and develop your knowledge of procedures, compliance, legislation, and contracts to a high standard.
