About the role
As the Colleague Experience Coordinator, you'll play a key role in our Business Support team, running uniform operations, seasonal guides, and Christmas activities. You'll ensure our colleagues have the resources they need and help build a positive and engaging workplace environment.
You will be responsible for
* Develop innovative seasonal event proposals and find opportunities to improve celebrations and colleague engagement, encouraging a positive workplace environment
* Coordinate uniform and badge operations, ensuring adherence to budget while maintaining a professional and polished appearance for colleagues
* Handle purchase orders and budget tracking, collaborating with Finance and suppliers for uniforms, seasonal guides, and Christmas events
* Coordinate with various business units to gather content for guides and strategic plans
* Provide creative suggestions for celebrating special occasions
* Implement the Christmas Seasonal process, including, communications, materials, and managing queries
* Support channels with uniform KPIs
* Liaise with multiple suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for all resources provided
* Engage with third-party businesses that interact with our areas to ensure they feel supported, motivated, and aligned with our goals to deliver outstanding results for Tesco and improve the colleague experience
You will need
* Project management experience, able to develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Excel skills in data analysis and reporting
* Experience in managing capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
