Salary: £33,552.97 - £37,281.08 DOE
Driver Required: Full UK Driving Licence Essential

About the Role:
This unique opportunity blends two key positions within a well-respected Learning & Development Team and Senior Leadership Team .
Executive Assistant (24 hours/week, 3 days):
* Support a service quality director, a key decision-maker with lived experience with a learning disability.
* Help ensure effective leadership at the Board level.
* Travel across The Highlands, Lanarkshire, Falkirk, and the Lothians to meet supported individuals and attend meetings.
Learning & Development Specialist (16 hours/week, 2 days): **Training can be provided for the right candidate**
* Deliver engaging and impactful vocational training to staff.
* Coordinate and deliver induction training and specialist courses .
* Use a mix of face-to-face and virtual learning methods.
* Maintain and complete training records .
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communicator – confident, adaptable, and proactive.
* Excellent IT and written skills
* Highly organised – able to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Experience in health & social care, particularly with learning disabilities .
* Self-motivated – comfortable working remotely and traveling across Scotland.
