The Role:
Our client is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead one of their children's homes catering to children with EBD. This role offers the chance to significantly impact young lives through leadership and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct the home's operations, ensuring compliance with OFSTED standards and promoting a culture of excellence.
* Implement and oversee therapeutic care practices to achieve positive outcomes for children.
* Uphold the highest standards of child protection and safeguarding.
* Manage financials, facility maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
* Foster relationships with local services to enhance community integration for the children.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years in a senior management role within children's residential care.
* Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.
* Working towards or having completed Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
* Strong understanding of OFSTED requirements, child care legislation, and safeguarding protocols.
* A Full UK Drivers Licence
