Process and input quote information accurately into the system. Schedule work efficiently, ensuring optimal planning and coordination. Collaborate on necessary paperwork to facilitate smooth workflow. Accurately set up and maintain new customer accounts in the portal. Qualify new customers by following established verification and check processes. Assist in planning, booking, and managing the surveyor diary. Monitor and update customer journey records, ensuring timely and accurate data entry. Ensure all necessary customer documents are gathered and complete. Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency in using CRM systems and data entry software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administration is an advantage. A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
