Assistant Legal Cashier

What you will do:
Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for the following:
* Maintaining ledgers, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with Solicitors' Accounts Rules (SAR) and Anti Money Laundering regulations.
* Supporting monthly and year-end cashiering duties, SAR audits, and compliance training.
* Preparing financial reports, billing forecasts, and KPIs for partners.
* Preparing bills for fee earners, reviewing matter lists and resolving issues.
* Managing office expenses, supplies, file management, archiving and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
* Assisting the Partners and Operations team in ensuring smooth office operations.
What you will need:
* At least two years' experience with exposure to a legal firm
* A self-motivated and organised approach to your work
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships
* A willingness to "pitch in" and help out wherever is needed
