This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a transport administration role, who is also a car driver due to the location of our office. The position offers a structured work week from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Day-to-day of the role: Daily administrative tasks associated with transportation operations. Maintain and update transportation schedules, records, and documentation in an organised and timely manner. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure efficient operation of transport activities. Dealing with calls and emails Handle enquiries and concerns related to transportation and provide timely solutions. You may also be required to help with picking of orders during busy periods Required Skills & Qualifications: Ideally proven experience in a transport administration role. Must be a car driver due to the location of the office. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
