We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Apprenticeship Summary:
* Salary: £6.40 an hour
* Working Week: Monday to Friday 10:30am – 7pm including 2 breaks
* Hours: 35 hours per week
* Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors
* Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship standard qualification

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Neos Talent as a Recruitment Consultant and play a pivotal role in supporting our executive search consulting practice. You will work closely with senior consultants, helping to identify and evaluate exceptional talent for leadership roles while contributing to research, operational improvements, and database management.
This is an entry-level role suited to detail-oriented, ambitious individuals who thrive on solving complex challenges, working collaboratively, and directly contributing to the success of our clients and candidates.
Main Duties:
1. Research and Market Mapping:
• Conduct in-depth research on industries, market trends, competitive landscapes, and talent pools.
• Use various tools and databases (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify high-potential candidates.
• Map target companies and industries to support executive search mandates.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
• Utilise databases, networking, and direct outreach to identify and connect with executive-level candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future search projects.
• Develop detailed candidate profiles and market intelligence reports for review by senior consultants.
3. Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
• Conduct preliminary evaluations of candidate resumes and professional backgrounds.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles for client presentations.
4. Database Management and Reporting:
• Maintain and update the firm’s CRM/database with accurate, organised candidate and client information.
• Clean up and optimise data in the CRM for better workflow and search outcomes.
• Create regular reports summarising research findings, candidate progress, and market insights.
5. Operational and Administrative Support:
• Assist with CV formatting, job description creation, and submission of candidate front sheets.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, client meetings, and candidate follow-ups.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure smooth execution of search engagements.
6. Collaboration and Client Support:
• Work closely with consultants and partners to understand client needs and position specifications.
• Provide research insights during client meetings and contribute to discussions on candidate selection.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have the following experience/qualities:
1. 1+ years of experience in research within executive search, recruiting, or a related field (preferred but not required for the right entry-level candidate).
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data and generate actionable insights.
3. Proficiency in research tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter; familiarity with databases like Vincere, Bullhorn, is a plus.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. High attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
6. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Training and Development:
As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme. This will typically include:
1. Study towards a relevant qualification, Level 3 Recruiter Diploma.
2. On-the-job training and mentoring from experienced professionals.
3. Regular review meetings to track progress and development.
