SCOPE OF THE ROLE This role is aimed towards a graduate that has an education and awareness of the production and delivery of quality 3D models for the Mechanical, Engineering and Plumbing [MEP] of the Construction Industry, with knowledge of the interaction with Architecture, Engineering & Construction [AEC]. This position will give an individual the chance to work on some of the top construction projects in the UK and worldwide, develop their future through Continuous Personal Development, and work with a skilled, talented, and multi-disciplinary team. The individual will also be exposed to all areas of the business, to produce an employee that is truly multi-disciplined. KEY FUNCTIONS This role will require the individual to: Produce quality, multidisciplined, coordinated 3D models. Produce quality 2D sheet Production Outputs. Interact within Coordination meetings internally and externally. Opportunities to attend client co-ordination and other review meetings. PERSONAL QUALITIES The key is attitude and aptitude. We are looking for: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Have the desire, drive, and willingness to continuously develop and learn. Technical problem-solving abilities. You will need to be able to work as part of a Team whilst being resourceful and not afraid to use their initiative. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE We have essential requirements that the applicant needs to have and some desirable requirements: Essential: Relevant degree qualification. Have good knowledge with the use of software used by the business Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, & AutoCAD. Have a good understanding of clash detection tests and model reviews using Navisworks. Have knowledge of the key spatial coordination rules of MEP services. Good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint). Knowledge of the RIBA Construction stages. Desirable: Have good knowledge in the use of EDMS systems GCSE Grade A-C (4) in Math’s and English. Good knowledge to Implement BIM Technology to facilitate project needs. Good knowledge of Solibri or Revizto. Knowledge of CADDuct System. Role would be in the office to start while training, before moving to likely hybrid role. Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK - p roof of eligibility will be required.
