In-Market Lead – 6 months FTC - to deliver the new ATS Salary: Grade 5 – Competitive salary, bonus, and healthcare. Reporting to: Russell Probert - Recruitment Manager Team size: 1 x In-market Coordinator Location: GB based but role will require some country wide travel and visits to Reading and Dublin Working with GB & NI P&C/retail teams the purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the in-country (GB & NI) implementation of the new global applicant tracking system (ATS) and subsequent process improvements. This transformative project will ultimately provide a much improved recruitment & selection experience for all users and candidates. This is a global change project, and whilst you will be embedded in-market, you will be working daily with the Global Change Team. About the role: You’ll coordinate with Country Leaders, P&C leadership and the Programme Change team to drive progress, raising risks and agreeing mitigation. You’ll set the vision and direction through planning and leading the programme implementation to achieve full adherence to the agreed approach. You’ll be an ambassador and role model for the change, inspiring the P&C and retail teams to embrace the transformation. About you: You are currently at Store Manager level or a member of Central Functions P&C Grade 4 or above. You’ll have the ability to build effective relationships whilst embracing our values and behaviours. You’ll have a solution focussed mindset, and passionate about driving change. Ideally you will have led projects before and have a passion for recruitment. You’ll be data driven and can produce, analyse, and articulate reports providing key insights to stakeholders.
