As a future Creative Developer, you will report to Global Head of Design, and you will be part of AXA IM Select.

As an integral part of a wider team of designers and marketeers, you will blend technical expertise with design sensibilities to drive innovation and craft stunning digital experiences. You'll bring creative expertise and contribute to a wide range of marketing projects, both digital and print.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
1. Digital Design & Development: Create and maintain responsive webpages, email templates, and interactive digital experiences. Craft outstanding, functional, and engaging digital solutions that meet business objectives while delivering exceptional user experiences. This includes front-end coding, responsive design implementation, and ensuring cross-platform compatibility.
2. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative team members, broader marketing team and cross-functional partners to bring projects to life through design and code. Contribute to creative ideation and concept development, translating design concepts into functional digital experiences.
3. Marketing Innovation & Process Improvement: Keep track of emerging technologies and AI innovations, sharing findings on latest developments with creative team on a weekly basis. Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency through new tools, workflows, or methodologies. Lead the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of these solutions.
4. Website Maintenance & Optimization: Work with the Digital team on continuous maintenance and updates of the company's websites as well as other digital tools and platforms. Help optimise the company's SEO rankings globally and support on metrics gathering and reporting.
5. Digital Content Strategy & Delivery: Suggest and implement optimal solutions for digital content delivery across various channels. Work with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless integration of creative assets into websites, email campaigns, and social media channels, optimizing for performance and user engagement.
6. Creative Support and Visual Assets Creation: Leverage your versatile design & creative skills to help support the marketing team and various departments across the business in telling their own stories through creative development and visual assets creation.
7. Brand Custodianship: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints. Maintain the integrity of the brand's visual identity in digital executions, providing technical solutions that uphold brand standards while pushing creative boundaries. Act as a guardian of brand consistency whilst driving innovation in how the brand manifests digitally.
8. Workflow Management: Maintain industry standards of asset management and technical specifications. Adhere to established working approaches within the Creative Studio workflow, including responsibility for version control, archiving, and thorough proofreading of all materials - both content and format.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Technical Expertise
1. Digital design/Front-End Development related degree or equivalent formal training
2. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design and relevant frameworks/libraries (Bootstrap, Tailwind, React, Angular, etc.)
3. Experience working on enterprise-level commercial websites, commercial projects to tight deadlines and specific requirements
4. Proficiency creating responsive email templates that maintain integrity across all clients and devices
5. Experience with performance optimisation and accessibility standards (W3C/WCAG)
6. Strong knowledge of content management systems and digital asset management
Design & Creative Skills
1. Excellent interface/graphic design skills with strong knowledge of design principles
2. Proficiency with design software (Adobe CC) and prototyping tools (Figma)
3. Experience balancing brand guidelines with creative exploration
4. Ability to create interactive prototypes and engaging digital experiences
5. Experience in video, podcast production, and presentation design (PowerPoint) a bonus
AI & Innovation
1. Demonstrated passion for AI-driven creative tools.
2. Experience using AI to enhance development workflows
3. Ability to identify process improvements and implement new tools/workflows
4. Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies
