We are looking to hire an Office Administrator for our well-established manufacturing client located in North Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage production and delivery paperwork.
* Serve as a liaison between warehouse, hauliers, sales, and customers.
* Oversee annual leave, HR paperwork, and long service awards.
* Promote employee wellbeing through initiatives.
* Manage jobs from manufacturing to invoicing, track deliveries, and manage stock.
* Handle correspondence, meeting preparation, file maintenance, communication, and scheduling.
* Arrange haulage, raise transport manifests, and handle delivery queries.
* Perform general office duties, including order entry, as needed.
To apply for this role, you must have:
* Proven administrative experience.
* Excellent communication and positive attitude.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of office management systems and MS Office.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
