1. Provide line management to a diverse team across RFIC, system integration, module design, and embedded software.

3. Define and implement engineering best practices, including design reviews, version control, and documentation standards.
4. Promote scalable methodologies for ICs, RF modules, and embedded software.
5. Establish robust processes for simulation, measurement, validation, and compliance.
