Our client, a respected IT & AV solutions provider with 25 years of excellence, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help expand their client base and drive revenue growth. You'll identify and secure new business opportunities across IT services and AV installations, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
What you'll do:
1. Source and develop new business across IT and AV sectors
2. Build strong client relationships and present bespoke solutions
3. Collaborate with the external sales team on strategy and execution
4. Attend meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities
5. Manage your own sales pipeline from lead to proposal
What you'll bring:
1. Proven BDM experience (IT/AV industry preferred)
2. Track record of lead generation and relationship building
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
4. A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
5. Full UK driving license (essential)
