My client is an established and successful independent, multi-branch Estate and Lettings Agency, who are looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their team at their Gloucester office to aid their ambitious plans.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator:
1. Register applicants, arrange and carry out property viewings, negotiate offers
2. Generate new business opportunities through a variety of tasks
3. Achieve/exceed personal targets and contribute to wider business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Sales Negotiator:
1. Previous experience working within Estate Agency
2. First-class written and spoken English, with excellent customer service
3. Proficient user of IT
4. Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car
My client is offering a salary of £24,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be in excess of £30,000.
