I am recruiting for a school in Leeds who require a Teaching Assistant to join their SEN Department. The school have a progressive special educational needs department, with lots of opportunity for training and development. This post will involve supporting students from aged 4years – 16 years, with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Speech and Communication needs, Behavioural-Emotional and Social difficulties. The ideal candidate will have some experience supporting young people with special educational needs; however, the school will provide training and support for progression. Contract Details: Full time role (Monday – Friday). Term time only – in line with the Leeds academic calendar.
