Children's Services Solicitor/Lawyer
Salary: £35,745 - £48,474 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time/ 37 hours a week
Location: Flexibility over agreeing which one of our Council Offices locations the role is based from, with hybrid working opportunities and a requirement to cover the North Yorkshire area for hearings and meetings.

The position requires the ability to provide advice and representation in all children matters including care proceedings, pre-proceedings matters, and responding to specific procedural and legal queries. It is also essential that you are able to undertake research and provide advice in relation to more complex issues involving other operational matters.
