Job Overview :
Stoneacre Toyota Sunderland is looking for a Business Centre Manager to identify, qualify and engage with businesses of all sizes in the local market area to work towards supplying a full range of One Toyota products and services.
One Toyota Fleet aims to deliver a one stop shop for all our Business Customers’ needs via multiple channels to market. We maximise Customer and Vehicle Lifetime Value opportunities across leasing, ownership, mobility and insurance products and services.
What you'll be doing:
1. Managing every aspect of the One Toyota Business Centre operation
2. Ensuring revenue is maximised across all available channels whilst focussing on keeping costs to a minimum without impacting Customer Experience
3. Managing, motivating, and supporting the One Toyota Business Centre team to deliver results for the business. This will involve recruiting, training, reviewing, and engaging your team of professionals. You will promote the Toyota brand through role modelling the skills, behaviours and competencies associated with ‘The Toyota Way’
4. Working closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial forecasting and month end submissions
5. Identifying target sectors and specific geographical areas to focus outbound activity
6. Engaging in regular, targeted prospecting using a full, multi-channel approach to market
7. Working closely with the marketing department to identify, develop and activate digital, physical, and experiential marketing activities
8. Identifying and attending Networking meetings to help grow your opportunity pipeline
9. Presenting professionally to customers in the way that suits them, whether physically, digitally or on the phone in a consultative manner
10. Ensuring all prospects and customers have a cohesive, multi-channel and personalised contact strategy to maximise the One Toyota opportunity and build long term relationships
11. Utilising the Fleet CRM and internal DMS systems to inform your conversations with customers
12. Updating details and adding all prospects and activities to the CRM in an accurate and timely manner
13. Working closely with people across the Group to identify referral opportunities
14. Connecting regularly with the relevant One Toyota Fleet team members at Toyota and Lexus GB to ensure that they are aware of proactivity and mutual prospects
15. Ensuring all your and the wider team’s actions and conversations are held within the confines of the regulatory framework but also using a Customer 1st mindset
16. Working closely with the Sales Support Coordinator to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Qualifications and experience you’ll need:
17. People Management experience
18. Experience working within a B2B sales environment
19. Previous Automotive experience preferable, but not essential
20. Good level of general education - at least GCSE English and Maths and ideally A-Levels or an equivalent qualification
Essential job criteria:
21. Eligibility to work in the UK
22. A full UK driving licence
23. Flexibility to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and to travel to training sessions
