Facilities and Compliance Coordinator
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established real estate company as a Facilities and Compliance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage administrative tasks on client sites, ensuring timely completion of jobs via the SI CAFM system.
* Collaborate with the technical manager to ensure team members close jobs in a timely manner and support contractors in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Assign and track jobs, ensuring all tasks have time inputs and valid reasons for failed SLAs.
* Raise reactive jobs on SI as necessary and maintain professional communication standards when handling customer calls and written correspondence.
* Update compliance trackers on Microsoft Teams and E logbooks to reflect current contract status.
* Chase service data from engineers and suppliers.
* Complete weekly PMs and reactive tasks.
* Maintain accurate asset lists.
Requirements
* Proficient in using computer-based systems, including E logbooks and CAFM System.
* At least 2 years of experience in a compliance role or a background in engineering seeking an office position.
* Previous experience working within a facilities management environment.
Salary
£30,000 per annum (up to)
