Elevation Recruitment Group HR are excited to be working with an healthcare provider in Rotherham who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis. As a HR Advisor you will report directly into HR Manager and support a headcount of circa 3000 employees. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle whilst adhering to CQC policies and regulations with a strong focus on employee relations and onboarding. As a HR Advisor your duties will include but not be limited to: Supporting and coaching managers on employee relations issues and processes Managing an ER caseload including long term sickness, grievances and conducting investigations Ensuring new starters have been correctly vetted and are compliant with legal framework Ensuring HRIS information and processes are kept up to date Re-writing and updating HR Policies Supporting the recruitment team with recruitment processes and selection Supporting line managers via teams and across multi-sites The right person for the role will have at least 1 years’ experience in a HR Advisor role and ideally have a CIPD qualification.
