This would be ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of sales experience, particularly those with a telesales background who are looking to take the next step in their career. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive telephone-based business development. Build, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with clients, offering consultative finance solutions to meet their needs. Expand and update the client database to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the market sector to enhance client interactions. Collect and organise client information to prepare finance facility packages for lenders. Utilise in-house CRM systems to manage client information effectively. Employ Microsoft Office tools proficiently and maintain high standards of administration. Conduct marketing activities in line with our quality management standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in telesales with a track record of making 100-200 calls per day. Demonstrated ability in Business Development and B2B sales. Strong networking, negotiation, and influencing skills. Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships. Target-driven, results-oriented, and a team player. Ambitious with a strong desire to succeed and a robust work ethic. Fair, tenacious, and confident in approach.
