Key Responsibilities:
IT Support Duties:
1. System Maintenance and Administration:
Oversee and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, servers, and computer systems.
Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware components.
2. Security Management:
Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from cyber threats, viruses, and unauthorized access.
Monitor security protocols and conduct regular security audits.
3. User Support:
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist in resolving IT-related problems, responding to inquiries, and training users on system usage.
4. Backup and Disaster Recovery:
Implement backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and continuity in case of system failure.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and system changes.
Generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities.
6. Network Management:
Configure and maintain network equipment (routers, switches) and ensure network connectivity.
7. Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with other IT team members, departments, and external vendors for system upgrades, projects, and deployments.
Coordinate IT-related activities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Digital Marketing Duties:
1. Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
2. Help manage and update the company website, ensuring SEO optimisation.
3. Create and edit digital content for blogs, social media, and online campaigns.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
5. Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
6. Support social media management by engaging with users and boosting community engagement.
7. Assist with digital advertising tasks such as keyword research and campaign optimisation.
Qualifications:
1. Graduated or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or a relevant programme (e.g., Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field).
2. An interest in IT systems, networks, and digital marketing.
3. Basic knowledge of IT support procedures and digital marketing principles is desirable.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
