We are seeking a talented individual to join our Energy & Power team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role would suit either a new Graduate/School Leaver looking to start a career within Insurance or an experienced Administrator with good attention to detail and time management skills, looking for a unique new opportunity within a niche market working for a market leading Insurance Broker.
The successful candidate will work with a team in Norwich but a wider team of 60 based offshore in India, offering an excellent opportunity to join an established processing team.You will get in-depth on the job training and learn about insurance, insurance broking as well as building relationships within the business and outside with our partners.
We will count on you to:
* Work on various tasks such as processing invoices, preparing documents, servicing policies, etc.
* Manage and prioritize own workload to meet individual SLA, KPI and Quality targets.
* Work closely with our offshore teams.
* Ensure the quality delivery of services and full compliance with quality and operational standards.
* Be open to change and contribute to the Continuous improvement journey.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintain an awareness of the customer’s business and insurance needs.
What you need to have:
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid numeracy skills
