Events & Training Coordinator, Europe
Salary: £25,200-£31,800 per annum

Contract: Full time, permanent, 35 hours per week

About the role
As the Events & Training Coordinator, you will support our Europe team in implementing a diverse range of marketing and training events, both online and face-to-face. This role offers the opportunity to travel across Europe, contributing to the success of our international education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and deliver marketing and professional development events, including conferences, workshops, and webinars.
2. Manage end-to-end event logistics, from planning to execution and post-event analysis.
3. Develop creative engagement tools and strategies to maximise event participation and impact.
4. Support budget administration, including invoicing and expenditure reporting.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
About you
As a collaborative and adaptable individual, you excel in team environments and possess strong creative thinking skills. You have a talent for persuasion and building influential relationships.
Ideally, you hold a degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as marketing, PR, or business, along with 3-5 years of event management experience.
Your excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are complemented by your keen attention to detail. Additionally, you demonstrate strong time management abilities and exceptional organisational skills.
