32.5 hours per week
Temporary Up to 2 terms April – December 2025 when the current post holder returns, whichever is first
The Governors of Brackla Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated and creative primary school teacher to cover a maternity leave position in our Year 4 class. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to make a positive impact on our school community.
Candidates need to have a passion for high quality primary practice, be excellent classroom practitioners and work effectively as part of a team. We are looking for someone who has an interest in contributing to the wider life of the school and who is able to make an impact beyond their own classroom. Candidates need to have high expectations for all pupils both academically and with their behaviour.
The successful candidate should:
be passionate about teaching and learning and have high expectations;
have a strong knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum;
have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

demonstrate creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery;
