As a Technical Support Specialist / Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the field service team with hardware and software solutions, fully trained on their specialist equipment and systems, and being the first point of contact for any field service queries.

The Role:
1. Providing support to the field service team, managing technical escalations end to end until resolution.
2. Supporting hardware and software queries.
3. Office-based with flexible working arrangements.
4. 37.5 hour working week on a rotated shift pattern.
The Person:
1. Experience in a Software, Hardware or Electro-Mechanical environment.
2. Strong customer service orientation.
