As an Advanced Regulatory Affairs Associate EMEA, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, You Will Make An Impact By:
* Assuring compliance of 3M products label information according to country specific and European legislation
* Working with internal and external customers to gather needs for label content development
* Monitoring emerging regulations and trends in product labeling in cooperation with internal and external subject matter experts
* Communicating the requirements to the labeling process stakeholders
* Tracking the progress of labeling changes/development and coordinating the implementation of labeling changes
Your Skills And Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in chemistry, environmental or technical science, or other relevant disciplines
* Experience within a Regulatory / Product Safety related role, working with labeling compliance assurance process will be an added value.
* Knowledge of local and EU product label content requirements or at least ability to identify the relevant legislation
* Fluent in English both written and verbal
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications:
* Fluent in Turkish - to read and understand the product safety/product label related regulations (Not essential but strongly preferred)
* Demonstrated communication skills, must be able to summarize and articulate technical/regulatory information to diverse audiences both verbally and in writing
* Self-driven with a “can do” attitude and willingness to drive improvements and change
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and capable of dealing with short deadlines
* Ability to work with different cultures and cross functional teams
* Problem solving skills with the ability to bring projects to a conclusion
* Enjoys working with multiple IT systems

* EMEA role - flexible location across the EMEA region
* Travel expectations: Max. 5% expected
* Relocation: Is not authorized
* Working pattern: full time
