Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their early development.
Duties:
1. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
2. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
3. Support children's physical, emotional, and social development
4. Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
5. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
6. Maintain accurate records of each child's daily activities and progress
7. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or issues that may arise
Experience:
1. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred
2. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
3. Ability to engage and interact with children in a positive and nurturing manner
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
6. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their early development

This is a full-time position with regular working hours Monday to Friday.

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
