The salary on offer for this role is £36,650. Job description What youll be doing This isn't a recruitment delivery role, instead you'll be working as part of the UKRI Talent Team, collaborating with Recruitment delivery teams, Communications and ED&I colleagues to: Create content which captures the essence of working at UKRI, our employer brand and is consistent, appealing and accessible to target audiences. Manage a schedule of content aligned to the talent attraction strategy. Updating and collaborating with colleagues to update content on multiple social platforms keeping content relevant, timely and impactful to engage target audiences. Develop and run talent attraction projects and campaigns, ensuring communication, engagement and metrics are effective and aligned to best practice. Support the creation and roll out of the UKRI Talent Attraction Framework as well as supporting individual council or skill attraction strategies. Support understanding of social platforms across UKRI, supporting initiatives to build employee advocacy across the organisation. Work with colleagues across UKRI to improve the candidate journey and experience across our careers sites, website pages and microsites. Using analytics to understand and make recommendations for improvements. Using available data, build metrics to support our team to measure and report to key partners on the impact of initiatives and continuous improvement. Person specification Were looking for: You will already have experience in Talent Attraction, Employer Brand or Recruitment Marketing. The skills and experience you will have are: Experience of developing recruitment marketing campaigns knowing the available channels, metrics and strategies that can be deployed to reach the target audience. Experience creating engaging, authentic, and accessible content with design skills in Canva or similar. An understanding of an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Brand and the role it plays in attracting talent. Experience of collaborating with and influencing collaborators at all levels within a large organisation. Effective communication and evidenced copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail. An organised and self-reliant approach. You will enjoy working on multiple projects with the ability to progress projects pragmatically and deliver to agreed timelines.
