Equans is looking for a Contract Administrator-Technical Scheduler to join our team in Pacific House, Reading on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
The post holder will be required to work on site 5 days per week.
Overview
As Technical Scheduler, you will be part of the Administrative Team for Equans Water Compliance.
You will work closely with the Regional Managers & Supervisors to ensure all water treatment works.
(PPM, reactive & quoted) are scheduled and dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual requirements, in order to meet KPIs and strict timescales for water testing requirements.
As part of the role you will supervise the workflow and activities of the administrators.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment, great organisation and communication skills.
Key Deliverables:
1. Schedule PPM and reactive works in a timely manner ensuring contractual KPIs are met
2. Logging and assigning jobs on CAFM systems Planon, E-logs and other customer based systems if necessary ensuring all systems are continuously updated
3. Liaising with appropriate parties (both internal and external) to provide necessary updates and supporting information when requested. Issue purchase orders when required
4. Carry out regular analysis of current PPM regime to identify current trends and patterns to achieve effective delivery of engineering resource
5. Liaise with water laboratories when required to arrange sample collections
6. Work with the management team to discuss and implement appropriate courses of action
7. Ensure CAFM systems are up to date at all times, extracting key MI when requested
8. First point of contact for engineers and Regional Managers/Supervisors regarding scheduling queries
9. Manage the workflow of all administrators and take action where necessary to ensure critical works are completed within given timescales
10. Carry out general administrative duties in line with the departmental policies & procedures
11. Undertake any ad hoc duties as requested by the Management team

Who are we looking for?
23. Prior experience of CAFM systems (SAP, Coupa & Planon) desirable
24. Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook
25. Demonstrate good team working ability with excellent communication skills
26. Ability to work in a focused manner with the ability to prioritise workload and requests
27. Keen awareness of customer focus and brand image
28. Being able to work under pressure and managing conflicting requirements
29. Experience of purchasing and managing supplier delivery
30. Technical knowledge within the Water Treatment industry desirable
31. Health and safety awareness
