Are you in your final teaching placement and wanting to secure your first paid role? There is currently an unprecedented requirement in Sheffield Mainstream Primary Schools for strong teachers to cover a multitude of positions due to short-term and long-term absences. This is an EXCELLENT first step into your new career!
Every single ECT or NQT who we recruited last Summer has been able to work for Protocol Education in various schools throughout the last academic year. This has introduced them to Senior Leadership Teams and allowed us to receive solid feedback to add to their CV and profiles, building their teaching portfolio.
These roles have included year-long bookings where the school has put the candidates through their ECT Inductions. If you haven't managed to secure a teaching position and want to put all your training to use in the classroom, let Protocol Education do the hard work for you!
Working with an agency means your CV and profile will be instantly available to ALL mainstream Primary schools in the area, as well as a designated consultant whose job is to create opportunities for you. What Protocol Education offers is simple: contact us, and we will get in touch to discuss where you want to be working in September, what sort of school you feel is right for you, and any additional support you might need to make the transition from trainee to NQT. If you are happy, we will fast track you through our clearing process, work with you to build a profile for schools, and arrange video interviews with suitable schools. Equally, if you are still unsure what type of school or specific role you are looking for, Protocol Education can offer you short-term or daily employment to assist with building your experience and confidence.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQs on the Protocol Education website for further details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
