Job Purpose
To provide technical, analytical and co-ordination support to enable the workshops to function effectively and efficiently. To support the management and control of statutory and regulatory data on a day-to-day basis and provide a consistent system across the workshops for recording and storing key data in the office environment whilst coordinating workloads between and within workshops.
Job Accountabilities
* Coordination of works between workshops considering job type, capacity and specific skill sets / capabilities in each workshop
* Support with prioritisation of work based on asset criticality to ensure the most efficient service
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures at all times
* Collate and analyse Workshop trackers and management information
* Collate, process and monitor workshop performance data
* Identify and implement improvements to current systems
* Collate, process and monitor Workshop savings including Capex, Write off and hire fleet
* Maintain robust data storage systems to ensure compliance with all statutory legislation on the Wastewater Network SharePoint
* Assist the RC Office during incidents
* Act as a focal point for the workshop Team regarding requests for information
* Support asset registration if required
* Collate, order, track and report on spares and communicate with Programme Support Officers and Supply Chain, as appropriate.
* Support the Workshop team in providing visibility of the team’s availability calendar on SharePoint
* Training co-ordination and recording for Workshop team
* Administrative support for manager
* Filing and record keeping
* Attend various meetings and record minutes. Type up minutes and distribute
* Purchase goods using shopping carts / TWB
* Facilitate communications between various areas of the business and staff
* Collate and/or distribute information when required
* Monitor and order stationary supplies, ordering of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment
