Pay: £100-£150 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

This role is a great way to gain classroom experience before pursuing a PGCE or other teacher training routes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising and managing classrooms in the absence of the teacher
Ensuring students stay on task with pre-set work
Using your subject knowledge to support students across KS3 and KS4
Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
A confident and enthusiastic graduate with strong subject knowledge
Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, mentoring, running clubs or workshops)
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
A proactive and adaptable approach to working in schools
