Part Time Finance Assistant job in Bath, with parking

A well known organisation in Bath are seeking a Part Time Finance Assistant (22 hours per week) to join their growing finance team.
Your new role
Duties will include:
● Raising sales invoices, as directed by the Commercial Manager
● Ensuring sales invoices are paid in a timely manner
● Reconciliation of monthly bank statements
● Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts
● Posting journal entries/ recharges
● Allocating credit card purchases
● Allocating payments received
● Raising ad hoc bank payments
● Producing quarterly rent invoices
● Process purchase invoices - matching to purchase orders and attaching correct documentation
● Produce monthly budget reports
● Administer fortnightly payment runs
● Process staff expense claims, ensuring these have the correct sign off
● Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with suppliers
● Investigate purchase ledger queries
● Setting up new suppliers, including checks
● Assisting the Commercial Manager with any financial queries
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a similar role
AAT qualification - desirable
Excellent attention to detail
Able to prioritise workload
