We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead the sales team in promoting the signage and printing services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industry and have a proven track record in sales management.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Manager Job Details;
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics to the directors.
* Conduct sales training and development sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximise profitability.
* Manage and resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Manager Person Specification;
* 3+ years of experience in sales management, in the signage industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Clarity CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of signage and printing processes, materials, and technology is highly desirable.
* Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
