Insurance Administrator- Wigston Your new company Hays are working with an insurance company based in Wigston who are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator to join their well established team on a full-time basis. Your new role This role is a permanent opportunity. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm. .Once probation has been passed, there is an option to work alternative weeks from 8am-4.30pm & 9am-5.30pm and the potential of up to 2 days per week at home Responsibilities will include: Chasing Insurance Providers & Solicitors to get updates for our clients Emailing & calling clients to update them on the status of their application Using our online system to log all notes & complete tasks on cases General office admin, post, answering phones The successful candidate will be offered an attractive basic salary of up to £26k depending on experience bonus of OTE £28,000. What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you must have a proven track record of working in an administrative role with insurance experience.
