In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department. This is afull time role on site in Lisburn, with free parking available. What you'll do: Act as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing quotes, handling correspondence, and processing sales contracts. Track the status of orders and follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinate between various departments to resolve any issues related to orders. Maintain filing systems for customer records, contracts, and other relevant documents. Ensure all records are updated and organised. What you'll need: Previous experience in administration, customer service, or related field preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
