Job Description
1. Month end, journals & reporting
2. Monthly outlooks
3. Balance sheet reconciliations
4. Budgeting and Forecasting
5. Market share reporting
6. Customer rebates
7. Internal and external commission calculations
8. Annual regional and territory target setting
9. Work with large, complex data sets that help predict, improve and measure the success of key business outcomes
10. Develop new and existing input tools to collate information from regions & territories
11. Develop new and existing output tools and reports to present collated data
12. Own, configure, maintain and train on local systems and reports
13. Ensure that best operating practices and control processes are in place and adhered to.
The Successful Applicant
1. Accountant - CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent
2. Proven experience with large data handling and advanced user of Excel
3. Analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, simplification, and data validation
4. Experienced user of systems (e.g., SAP) and financial planning systems
5. Excellent commercial acumen
6. Team player
7. Prior finance experience preferably in a large corporate organisation is desirable.
