Summary As an Art Director, you will join our London office to become an integral part of our Creative department. You are passionate about design and know how to approach projects with an innovative mindset, capable of extending visual language into new ways that brands, creative content, and media live in the world. You enjoy learning and working in a challenging fast-paced environment, with a team of designers, and are comfortable working directly with clients and their in-house teams. Responsibilities Work closely with the other members of the Creative Team and Project Managers, delivering top class interactive & engaging designs from initial concept through to launch. Design and produce all mixed media creative assets across channels (Social, Digital, OOH, Print, POS assets). Collaborate with all departments and key clients. Work closely with the Creative Director and other Designers, making sure all design outputs are to brief and on-brand. Skills & Requirements Experience using FIGMA with a high level of complexity. Excellent proven working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Proven experience designing integrated, multimedia campaigns. Familiar with user experience and interface design. An understanding of design systems, project organisation and best practices. A basic level of HTML technical knowledge. Familiar with creating components and variables. Basic responsive and auto layout experience. Excellent communication skills. A solid knowledge of artworking, print and production, file formats, colour management set-ups. A highly organised and motivated self-starter. Able to work collaboratively and a good team player, with confidence to also work individually. Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. Ability to visualise, plan and design work according to briefs and project specifications and discuss ideas/designs with colleagues. Working knowledge of Adobe Animate CC/After Effects is desirable.
