We’re looking for an experienced communications specialist to drive our internal and external communications strategies in support of BFBS’s brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and copywriting skills, and impeccable attention to detail. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to help implement cross-platform activity, and support HR and the Senior Leadership Team with internal communications initiatives. They will also have proven experience in delivering successful SMART media campaigns and be keen to take the lead on a new strategy for our corporate social media channels. To this role, they will bring their strong connections with external multimedia journalists and be the main point of contact for media approaches, as well as external media agencies. This role is hybrid with no more than three days working from home per week and may require occasional UK and overseas travel.
