We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Advisor to join our client based in Swadlincote. This role provides administration & sales support to the external sales team by managing admin tasks, chasing leads, tracking projects, and assisting in converting schedules into orders. Key Responsibilities will include: 1. Health & Safety: Uphold and promote a safe workplace, challenging unsafe behaviours and ensuring adherence to company safety guidelines. 2. Customer Service: Foster a customer-first culture for both internal and external customers. 3. Lead Management: Track and update at least 30 leads daily, follow up on quotes, and maintain project details to achieve targets. 4. Sales Support: Schedule appointments, log sales visits, and provide updates on plans, site status, and expected order dates. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with external sales contacts to understand customer needs and provide ongoing support. 6. Feedback & Reporting: Deliver regular updates and performance summaries to managers and the sales team. 7. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through research and outreach to lapsed builders and other sources. 8. Product Knowledge: Address customer inquiries confidently and assist with product-related queries.
