About the role Full management of team workflow management, ensuring service delivery target are met Staff appraisals, training and development, technical guidance Act as the escalation point for complex benefits and resolve them Provide one-to-one assistance to individual scheme members Identify service improvements and implement changes Assist in the preparation of the pension team business plan Manage the quality of the work being produced by the Member Services team About you Background in Pensions Admin, either LGPS or DB Experience of workflow management, managing a team.
