This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Level Building Surveyor to join a vibrant practice in Manchester.
You will be working with commercial and residential projects with a focus on surveying dilapidations and working with senior surveyors to create a schedule of dilapidations and condition surveys. You will also be involved in contract administration and CAD drawings.
Minimum Requirements:
In order to be considered for this role, it is ESSENTIAL that you have:
1. Professional Qualification in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying
2. 12 months practical experience within the role - this could be as part of your degree/course or in a gap year etc
3. Driving License
