Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products thats quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and over GBP9mill of investment going into the company growth into various export markets they are looking for a HSE Advisor to join their H and S Team team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for the implementation and continual improvement of management systems across a number of sites
Provide HSE training and support throughout the organization and sites
Supporting third party audit schedules
Develop and improve incident reduction programs
Assist in the training and induction of new staff across sites, updating staff of changes made in policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
HSE Experience (Essential)
NEBOSH General Certificate (Essential)
Knowledge within Engineering, Manufacturing or Production Environments
Strong knowledge of H and S legislation, industry best practice, ISO and British Standards
