Role Overview
The Client Services Manager will be responsible for working as part of the customer success team to develop and maintain relationships with an existing client base. Their role will include ensuring service levels are maintained for clients and SLAs are being met. They also monitor and report on KPIs and will flag to account managers any anomalies or exceptions in performance. Additionally, the Client Services Manager will be responsible for the timely delivery of monthly reporting to clients. Management of queries and escalations regarding service delivery and platform availability, including incident management reporting, is also a key part of the position. This person will assist with team administration and coordinate and follow up on team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and service existing client relationships.
* Complete client-related admin.
* Support on sales team admin.
* Facilitate monthly and quarterly review meetings.
* Client problem solving.
* Stakeholder management internally – be the voice of the client.
