We are partnering with a respected Insurance Brokerage to recruit an experienced Team Leader for their Real Estate division. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-value portfolios in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will lead a team of seven Account Handlers, overseeing renewals, revaluations, and cover queries, while ensuring compliance and maintaining exceptional data integrity.
SKILLS
1. Strong leadership and people management
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
3. High attention to detail and organisational skills
4. Proficient in MS Office and broking platforms
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
EXPERIENCE
1. Experience leading a team in commercial insurance or real estate
2. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
3. Familiarity with managing large portfolios and client-focused solutions
DAY TO DAY
1. Oversee the team’s workload and project management
2. Act as the main escalation point for complex issues
3. Monitor performance, conduct 1-2-1s, and manage appraisals
4. Ensure compliance with internal processes and data accuracy
5. Work closely with senior management to meet team goals
