Join to apply for the Community Support Worker role at PERSONALISED 4 AUTISM LIMITED
Wondering what a typical week with P4A looks like?
Well, the truth is, there isn't one. Each one of our service users is different, and their support goals are personalised to them. Adaptability is at the core of who we are as a service; respecting that each client is an individual is the key to success! There may be some recurring themes such as support with daily household tasks like preparing meals, keeping their home tidy, shopping, or supporting with medication and accessing the community. But along with our clients, our ambitions aim to be far beyond that, allowing them to grow.
We are currently recruiting for our team based in Towcester, with some crossover into Northampton. The majority of the support will focus on a small number of individuals with a variety of interests and support needs. For some of these clients, a big focus is on achieving their employment goals, while for others, it may be more tailored to healthy lifestyle choices such as fresh meal preparation and exercise routines. All have a desire to develop social opportunities with leisure activities with peers such as meals out, bowling, swimming, and pool, to name a few.
The options are almost endless, and we are looking for individuals with a drive to make a difference and seek new opportunities for our service users to make the most out of their support and strive to reach their individual goals.
