Part Time Office Manager / PA

Are you an experienced Office Manager or PA looking for a varied part-time position based in the heart of Hampshire? We are seeking a personable professional to join the team as we continue to grow!
This is a dual responsibility position with scope to take charge and make this role your own with a proactive approach.
If you have worked in an SME previously where your duties have been vast and varied, then this could be the position for you!
Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the MD and the Senior members of the team as and when required.
* Proactively interpret the needs of the MD and Senior team and deliver upon them.
* Recognise business-critical issues and matters and raise them in a timely manner to the MD.
* Organise meetings and manage diaries.
* Liaise with clients to ensure they are always receiving exceptional service.
* Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office is kept to a high standard.
* Welcome visitors to the office and make them feel ‘at home’.
* Answer and screen calls, ensuring messages are taken in a professional and efficient manner.
* Be responsible for onboarding new clients and Insurance renewals.
* Take ownership of all company Marketing needs (social media campaigns, local business events, marketing strategy, and marketing proposals).
* Manage the delegates training process from start to finish with the highest level of professionalism and gain feedback.
* Handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
* Manage office facilities, ordering equipment, administration, and general office supplies.
Ideally, we would like someone working 5 days a week on reduced hours, but we can consider 4 days a week for the right applicant.
Key Skills:
* Previous experience as an Office Manager or PA, preferably within a small to medium-sized business.
* High level of attention to detail is paramount.
* Marketing experience as it pertains to an SME.
* Articulate and well-spoken with an excellent grasp of both written and spoken English.
* PC skills required.
* Highly professional with a proactive approach to work.
* Awareness of supportive needs required by senior leadership.
* Confident and clear telephone manner.
* Strong organisational skills.
* High influencing skills.
* Reliable and positive nature with the ability to ‘get stuck in’.
