As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with an acquired brain injury and mental health needs. What We're Looking For Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification. Valid UK NMC PIN Extensive experience and expertise in working with individuals with acquired brain injuries, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities. In-depth knowledge and application of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act. Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals and their families. Conducting thorough assessments of individuals with mental health and learning disabilities and formulating appropriate care plans. Administering medications and performing treatments in accordance with established protocols. Promoting and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients. Advocating for individuals' rights and ensuring their voices are heard in the care planning process. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic care is delivered.
